So how's everyone fairing with the flu?? Sister got it, so do a couple of my friends kids. Glad it hasn't spread to my family yet!!

As we cruise toward fall and winter, the flu will return. It always does. The flu causes approximately 36,000 deaths per year. Year after year after year.

There is some really GOOD news about the flu vaccine formulation for the 2010 - 2011 flu season.

H1N1 is one of the strains included in the regular flu vaccine. Yep - that's right. No separate shot just for H1N1.

Flu vaccine is not readily available yet. Vaccination efforts are usually fully underway sometime in October.
I'm addicted to placebos. I'd give them up, but it really wouldn't make any difference . . . .
